If your meter is malfuctioning and you are unable to fix it, please contact POCT Services.
If your meter prompts an error "Low LED Density", this means you have a dirty optronic analyzer. Please read and follow the policy, under daily maintenance.
If your base unit has a steady green light, this means that it is recieving power, and the battery is fully charged. A flashing green light means meter is in the process of charging. If the base unit is flashing red and it's not downloading, please power cycle the base (unplug and replug the power cord) and check the ethernet connections. If the base is connected properly, and a power cycle did not resolve the issue, please contact POCT Services.
