Accu-Chek Inform II Meter and Base Unit
Obtained from POCT Services
If your meter is malfuctioning and you are unable to fix it, please exchange your meter for a loaner at the front window of the Clinical Lab (2M14).
If your base unit has a flashing red light and does not allow downloading, please power cycle the base (unplug and replug the power cord) and check the ethernet connections. If the base is connected properly, and a power cycle did not resolve the issue, please contact POCT Services.
If your base unit does not have a light on and is not charging the meter or allowing downloads, please check the power connections to ensure it is connected properly. If so, and the base still has an issue, please contact POCT Services.
Weekly supply obtained from the front window of the Clinical Lab (Bldg 5, 2M14).
Distributed by POCT Support Staff every 3 months (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct, Nov).
